Our hummingbird makes an entrance!

For a long time… we felt we wanted a boat symbol.  You know… for shirts, hats, bow of the boat and etc.  After much patience and a whole lot of ‘what if’s’… we finally narrowed our graphic to the hummingbird.  Mostly because of its symbolism.  Like our boat name ‘Volare’, which means ‘to fly’… the hummingbird also hovers.  Something Jess and I are very familiar with after our careers in the Army flying helicopters.  We wanted a symbol that was clean and not too intricate.

We’ve finally found the perfect symbol and thanks to Gary at  graphixgroup.com ,here it is!
